Job summary

AutoNation is seeking an e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage customers online, over the phone, and in person, guiding them through a seamless vehicle purchase experience.

In a no-haggle environment, you’ll respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help customers choose the right vehicle, financing options, and services while delivering exceptional service throughout the buying journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver's license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from inquiry to in-store experience in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to leads quickly and provide information to help decision making.
• Transition customers to the Service department to support ownership experience.
