Respond to inquiries, present options, and negotiate terms to fit lifestyles and budgets while closing deals and bolstering customer satisfaction. Follow-up solidifies loyalty and smooths transitions to Service; participation in DRVPNK initiatives underscores our commitment to cancer research.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, over the phone, and in store to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to online leads promptly and provide product information.
• Negotiate terms to meet customers' budgets and preferences.
