AutoNation is redefining the car-buying experience and seeks driven, customer-focused professionals for our e-commerce sales team in Bellevue. This role supports customers online, by phone, and in-store, guiding vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment to deliver an exceptional experience.

You’ll respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help customers complete purchases while ensuring satisfaction and loyalty across channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication, consultative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, by phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases.
• Respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and provide information to move customers to in-store experiences.
• Deliver exceptional customer service before and after purchase, fostering loyalty and smooth ownership transitions.
• Support customers in negotiating terms and arranging payment options that fit their budgets.
