AutoNation is hiring an e-Commerce Sales Associate to guide customers online, by phone, and in person through a no-haggle buying process. You’ll respond to leads promptly, answer questions, and help close deals while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

You’ll excel in a fast-paced environment with a nationwide inventory and supportive team, advancing into finance, management, and beyond as you grow with AutoNation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers.
• Experience and desire to work with technology.
• Valid in-state driver’s license and an acceptable, safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select their perfect vehicle and negotiate terms to fit lifestyle and budget.
• Respond to leads quickly across online, phone, and in-store channels.
