Job summary

AutoNation is redefining the car-buying experience with a no-haggle sales environment. The E-commerce Sales Associate engages hundreds of customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide vehicle purchases and deliver exceptional service.

You will respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and help transition customers to in-store experiences while supporting loyalty and post-purchase satisfaction. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required, with sales or retail

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Proficient with technology and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers from inquiry to in-store purchase.
• Respond to leads promptly via phone, web, and in-person.
• Negotiate terms to fit customers' budgets and close the deal.
• Transition customers to the Service department to support ownership experience.
