The ideal candidate has 2+ years of legal e-billing experience, proficient use of LEDES formats and ebilling systems, and strong MS Word/Excel/Outlook skills. Collaboration and timely communication are essential to success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years legal electronic billing experience.
• Proficient with LEDES formats and ebilling systems.
• Strong MS Word, Excel and Outlook; excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive finalized invoices and process electronically.
• Own full scope of electronic billing for assigned clients, from final invoices to payment approval; handle short-paid invoices.
• Follow up on ebilled invoices and track status on vendor sites.
