Responsibilities:
- Assist the E-Billing Manager and team with all electronic onboarding needs, including client matter setup, mapping, timekeeper entry, diversity submission, and rate updates/maintenance across various e-billing platforms.
- Transmit electronic billing via eBilling Hub and other e-billing sites.
- Maintain accurate phase, task, and billing codes.
- Assist with bill preparation for complex e-bills and on-demand requirements, both manual and electronic.
- Maintain and update timekeepers in restricted lists within Time Entry software.
- Send weekly reports on unsubmitted and rejected invoices to the Billing Team.
- Prepare invoices for various e-billing platforms.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinate special client billing requests with the E-Billing Manager.
- Collaborate with the Pricing, Project Management, and Billing Compliance teams to approve and implement special rate arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a professional services environment; law firm billing experience preferred.
- Experience with financial and billing software; Elite billing system experience preferred.
- Experience with electronic billing transmission across multiple platforms; eBillingHub experience preferred.
- Ability to follow billing policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
