Job summary

V2X Inc. seeks a VX20 Work Center Supervisor for Patuxent River, MD, overseeing a shop performing day-to-day maintenance on E-2D avionics in an RDT&E program. The role requires coordinating personnel, ensuring safe, compliant operations, and maintaining training across the team.

Six years in aircraft maintenance are desired, along with knowledge of Navy 4790.2, blueprints, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance; A&P/FAA certs are a plus. Must hold a valid US driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Six years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Experience with E-2D avionics equipment.
• Ability to obtain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises activities of maintenance personnel.
• Ensures safe and efficient work scheduling.
• Ensures reports and training are provided to direct reports.
• Complies with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and related programs.
• Mentors a small team as needed.
