Job summary

V2X is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to oversee shop activities for aircraft and related equipment under an RDT&E program. You will guide day‑to‑day tasks, schedule work, ensure safe, compliant operations with a capable team, and apply technical knowledge to solve complex maintenance challenges.

Required: high school diploma, six years in aircraft maintenance, and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree or trade license preferred.
• Six years of experience in aircraft maintenance.
• Knowledge of F/A-18F, T-38, T-6, AT-6, NU-1B, U-6, X-26 preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a shop or group on maintenance tasks for rotary and fixed wing aircraft.
• Interpret blueprints and manuals to solve complex problems.
• Coordinate and direct work assignments; ensure safety and compliance.
• Provide training and PPE guidance to staff.
• Ensure reports and training in safety and procedures.
• Lead two or more employees as needed.
