Job summary

V2X is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead aircraft maintenance activities, scheduling, and safety compliance. The role requires extensive field experience and supervisory responsibility across shifts, with emphasis on reliability and performance of maintenance teams.

The successful candidate will coordinate with flight operations, enforce NALCOMIS procedures, and ensure adherence to safety and DoD requirements. A CAC is required for access and security clearance considerations.

Qualifications

• 12 years in aircraft maintenance within the last 15 years.
• Six years in a supervisory position with workload duties for shifts.
• Familiarity with COMNAVAIRFORINST 4790.2 and NALCOMIS/OOMA.
• Ability to obtain DoD CAC and maintain compliance.
• Training/Experience in AMSSR Aviation Maintenance Supply Readiness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all duties of the job classification and ensure safety.
• Manage aircraft maintenance, scheduling and performance.
• Supervise maintenance staff, review performance, and set priorities.
• Provide effective leadership and strong communication with teams.
• Perform off-site service on detachments as required.
• Enforce FOD, hazardous waste and tool control programs.
