Job summary

Accenture Flex offers local fixed-duration project-based work in the US. As a Dynamics 365 Customer Engineer, you will advise enterprise customers on designing, deploying, and optimizing business solutions built on Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

You will engage in architecture, performance tuning, and integration work, supporting AI-powered enhancements and modern cloud-based capabilities. Onsite presence in the local metro area is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform experience.
• Experience with CRM on premises and enterprise deployments.
• Strong advisory skills with enterprise customers and partners.
• Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE.
• Familiar with Copilot/Agentic AI integration and modern platform tooling.

Responsibilities

• Establish trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders at customers.
• Develop and execute service delivery plans and educate customers.
• Collaborate with teams to support customers and share expertise.
• Deliver technical training and improve training materials.
• Troubleshoot issues and mitigate blockers in customer environments.
