Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers
• Develop and execute on a service delivery plan leveraging repeatable services
• Collaborate with team members to support customers and leverage their expertise
• Deliver technical training and assist with training material improvements
• Engage in transactional requests to troubleshoot issues and mitigate blockers
