Job summary

Accenture PLC's Accenture Flex is seeking a Dynamics 365 Customer Engineer to join a local project-based team. You will apply expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform, and related AI capabilities to design, deploy, and optimize enterprise applications for clients.

The role emphasizes solution architecture, performance tuning, and hands-on development across Dataverse, plugins, and client-side scripting, with onsite work in the local metro area.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or equivalent with relevant Dynamics 365 experience.
• Minimum 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 CE Online and Power Platform.
• Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience with AI-assisted development and Copilot integration.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers.
• Develop and execute service delivery plans for education and best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to support customer success.
• Deliver technical training and improve training content.
• Triage requests to troubleshoot issues and remove blockers.
