Job summary

Accenture Flex seeks a seasoned Dynamics 365 Customer Engineer to serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers, delivering design, deployment, and optimization of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions.

You will lead in solution architecture, performance tuning, and AI-assisted development, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure best-practice execution and customer success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online and Power Platform.
• Fluency in English and strong consulting / customer-facing experience.
• Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor with key stakeholders at assigned customers.
• Develop and execute a service delivery plan with repeatable services to educate the customer.
• Deliver technical training and assist with training content improvements.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and mitigate blockers; collaborate with team to support customers.
