You will collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to ensure the CRM aligns with business needs and supports data visualization with Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or CS; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Develop Power Platform integrations and automate workflows.
• Assist BI team with PowerBI reports and dashboards.
• Support end-users and provide training and documentation.
