Job summary

LATICRETE International in Michigan seeks a Dynamics 365 Administrator to configure, customize, and optimize our CRM across Sales, Service, and Marketing, including Customer Insights Journeys.

You will collaborate with IT and marketing teams, leverage Power Platform tools, and contribute to PowerBI reporting and data visualization while aligning CRM with business goals. Travel 10% domestically is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM) Associate certification required, Expert certification preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals; customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security; monitor system performance and troubleshoot.
• Support BI team with PowerBI reports and dashboards; data integration with other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure CRM alignment.
