Job summary

LATICRETE International in Utah, Sandy area, seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to lead CRM configuration, customization, and integration efforts. You will work with Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys, build dashboards, and support data visualization with Power BI.

The role requires 2+ years with Dynamics365 or Salesforce, CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing), and Power Platform expertise. Travel is limited to 10% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on Dynamics365 or Salesforce CRM experience.
• CRM modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• PowerBI and Dynamics365 reporting/data visualization preferred.
• Working knowledge of CRM security standards.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Develop integrations using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Provide end-user training and support for Marketing CRM.
