Job summary

LATICRETE International, a global leader in tile and stone installation systems, is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to drive CRM configurations, data integration, and user enablement.

You will work with Marketing and IT, implement Power Platform solutions, and help deliver dashboards and insights for CRM across Sales, Service, and Marketing.

This role requires certifications and hands-on experience; travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; Expert preferred.
• Strong experience with Sales, Service, and Marketing modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, Marketing.
• Develop and optimize Power Pages / Power Apps portals and dashboards.
• Integrate with other systems using Power Platform; support BI with Power BI.
• Gather requirements and translate into technical CRM solutions.
• Provide end-user training and documentation.
