Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Dynamics365 Administrator to manage CRM configuration, customization, and integration. You will optimize Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys, connect Power Platform tools, and contribute to PowerBI visuals. Collaboration with IT and business teams is essential.

Based in Haslet, Texas, the role requires strong problem-solving and independent work in a fast-paced environment. Travel is limited while supporting enterprise-wide CRM initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Associate certification required; expert preferred.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Dynamics365 modules: Sales, Service, and Marketing (Customer Insights Journeys).
• Maintain and improve customer-facing Power Pages / Power Apps portals.
• Customize entities, workflows, forms, and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Utilize Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) for system integration and automation.
• Support data integration between Dynamics365 Dataverse and other enterprise systems.
• Assist BI team in developing PowerBI reports and dashboards for CRM BI needs.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain CRM change-management process and provide end-user training.
