You will oversee client lifecycle from planning to renewal, collaborating with sales, delivery, support, and practice leadership to align technology solutions with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, client delivery, or account management in B2B/software.
• Proven ability to grow account revenue and renewals.
• Experience coordinating with sales, delivery, and practice leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account management for assigned strategic and engaged client accounts.
• Drive revenue growth, account expansion, and client retention.
• Lead regular business reviews and strategic check-ins with stakeholders.
• Coordinate proposals, scoping inputs, and timely follow-through in the sales process.
• Provide delivery oversight while aligning with client objectives.
