Job summary

RSM is seeking an associate in the Microsoft D365 practice to learn and implement Dynamics 365 solutions, engaging directly with clients to gather requirements and tailor software for their business needs.

You will be involved in designing, building, testing, deploying enhancements, and training customer personnel. The role emphasizes collaboration, Agile methodologies, and ongoing client support, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Accounting, Marketing, Supply Chain, Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to travel.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analyst functions: gathering requirements and assisting in design documentation.
• Hands-on configuration of the D365 application.
• Collaborate with clients to validate solutions and assist with training.
• Provide ongoing support and coordinate with team, clients, and vendors.
• Participate in Agile and Microsoft SureStep methodologies.
