Job summary

SmithGroup is seeking a Dynamics 365 Administrator to manage the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem across CE, PO, and F&O. The role blends administration, end-user support, and development work.

It can be located in Ann Arbor, Detroit, or Boston with a hybrid work arrangement. You will configure, test, deploy, and maintain D365 solutions, support production operations, and drive feature adoption in partnership with MS experts and functional leads.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a Microsoft Dynamics administrator role.
• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 CE, PO, and F&O plus security roles.
• Knowledge of Power Platform and Dataverse required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support Dynamics 365 CE, PO, F&O, and Power Platform modules.
• Partner with vendors and MS experts for upgrades and feature development.
• Manage environments, deployments, and data quality across DEV/UAT/PROD.
• Own day-to-day production operations, user onboarding, roles, and security.
• Design and execute automated functional and regression tests for upgrades.
