Job summary

SmithGroup is seeking a Dynamics 365 Administrator to serve as a hands-on SME across CE, PO, and F&O within a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA. You will configure, test, and maintain D365 solutions, manage environments, and collaborate with vendors, stakeholders, and IT to ensure successful deployments.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of Dynamics admin experience, a CS/Tech degree, and knowledge of Power Platform and Dataverse.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or Tech; 3–5 years of Dynamics admin experience.
• Experience configuring CE/PO/FO, security roles, and production operations.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Power Platform and Dataverse; Microsoft certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support D365 CE/PO/FO modules, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Coordinate with Dynamics MSP for production issues, feature development, and upgrades.
• Manage environments (DEV/UAT/PROD), user onboarding/offboarding, and data quality.
• Design and execute automated tests for upgrades and changes.
