Job summary
SmithGroup is seeking a Dynamics 365 Administrator to manage the CE, PO, and F&O modules within a hybrid role in the Eastern time zone. You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and MSPs to configure, administer, and support production environments and upgrades.
The ideal candidate has 3-5 years to spend in a Dynamics admin role, with Power Platform, Dataverse, and certifications preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technology required.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics administrator.
- Experience with configuring security roles and production operations.
Responsibilities
- Configure, administer, and support Dynamics 365 CE, PO, and F&O modules.
- Act as operational liaison to managed services vendor for issues and upgrades.
- Own day-to-day production operations, user onboarding, roles, and security.
