SmithGroup seeks a Dynamics 365 Administrator in Pittsburgh to serve as a hands-on SME across CE, PO, and F&O, combining configuration, support, and development work. This hybrid role partners with stakeholders, IT, and MSPs to deliver configuration, testing and upgrades.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a Dynamics admin role, knowledge of SDLC, Power Platform, and Dataverse, and relevant certifications. Competitive benefits and salary are provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Microsoft Dynamics administrator role.
• Experience configuring Security roles and production processes.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Experience designing automated tests with Leapwork or similar.

Responsibilities

• Configure, administer, and support Dynamics 365 CE, PO, F&O and Power Platform.
• Coordinate with vendor and internal teams for issues, upgrades and new features.
• Manage DEV/UAT/PROD environments and data quality tasks.
• Oversee day-to-day production operations, user onboarding, roles, and security.
• Drive platform adoption and AI-driven workflow opportunities.
