Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience required.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively to complete daily scheduling tasks, including managing leave requests and callouts.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Workforce Management software and processes.
• Collaborate with department leaders to create scheduling solutions reflecting current business demands.
• Suggest scheduling changes and create new business models.
• Identify best practices to enhance staffing while adhering to labor agreements and scheduling ethics.
• Track and communicate system issues and downtime; monitor KPI metrics daily, weekly and monthly.
