MGM Resorts International in Detroit, MI invites you to join a dynamic hospitality team as a Workforce Management Administrative Clerk. You will support internal guests with professional, friendly service while handling document workflows and data retention tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in accounting/payroll/audit, experience in a casino resort or shared services, and the ability to work high-volume shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of accounting, payroll/audit experience.
• Previous experience in a casino resort or Financial Shared Services Center setting.
• Ability to work in a high stress, high volume environment and manage multiple tasks, projects and personnel simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare documents for scanning and indexing employee records.
• Organize documents and maintain retention data in the scanning system.
• Provide feedback to departments when retention procedures are not followed.
• Promote effective communication and strong relationships with internal customers.
