Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Springfield, MA, is seeking a Workforce Management Specialist to design efficient staffing and leverage real-time KPI insights in a fast-paced resort environment.

You will partner with leaders to optimize schedules, ensure compliance with labor agreements, and use Kronos/UKG Dimensions and Workday. The role requires a High School Diploma and 2+ years of experience; 7:00 AM–3:45 PM shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Full-time schedule 7:00 AM - 3:45 PM incl. weekends/holidays.
• Experience with Kronos/UKG Dimensions and Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME on Workforce Management systems and processes; monitor performance and downtime.
• Develop and maintain department schedules aligned to real-time needs and service expectations.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure accurate staffing, identify efficiencies and new operating models.
• Apply best practices to optimize staffing while adhering to labor agreements, legal requirements and equity.
• Balance staffing with service levels and regulatory compliance.
• Support daily scheduling operations including leave requests and call-outs in a collaborative team environment.
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs such as Service Level, Occupancy, Abandon Rates, ASA and AHT daily/weekly/monthly.
