You will coordinate with the Branch Manager, utilize Agility and On Demand routing software, and manage inventory, ordering, and delivery logistics on-site in Port Richey, FL.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to optimize efficiency and client satisfaction.
• Resolve customer complaints swiftly and courteously, engaging warehouse and delivery teams as needed.
• Supervise loading/unloading of orders ensuring promptness and accuracy.
• Use On Demand routing software to dispatch trucks and ensure timely deliveries.
• Track stock levels with Agility software and report to Branch Manager.
• Conduct weekly cycle counts and manage damaged/outdated stock.
• Implement order processing and day-end balancing procedures.
• Support Branch Manager's goals and maintain superior customer relations.
