Job summary

SRS Building Products, part of SRS Distribution Inc., seeks an Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse activities at the Panama City Beach location. The role focuses on efficient work-order execution, accurate loading/unloading, and timely deliveries while maintaining high service standards for customers.

You will collaborate with the Branch Manager, utilize Agility and On Demand routing software for stock control and dispatch, and help prevent duplicate orders through careful inventory

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage daily warehouse operations to optimize efficiency.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Supervise loading/unloading of orders to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Use On Demand routing software to dispatch trucks for on-time deliveries.
• Monitor stock with Agility to prevent duplicate orders and report inventory levels.
• Assist in weekly cycle counts, stock assessments and handling damaged stock.
• Support day-end balancing and reporting for branch operations.
