Job summary

Truist in the United States is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Client Service Associate to provide timely and accurate client transactions, maintain records, and deliver superior service by understanding each client’s financial needs.

You will educate clients on digital banking options, assist with outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities to help clients grow their relationship with Truist.

Qualifications

• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience required.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; strong client interaction.
• Proficiency with PC keyboard and software; ability to use branch automation tools.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Travel flexibility for temporary staffing needs; may include locale changes.
• Weekend and/or extended hours with occasional travel/overnights may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience; perform complex and standard transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options and online/mobile banking.
• Participate in outbound client outreach and identify needs/opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Engage in branch leadership routines and continuous product knowledge training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policies.
