Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Regular full-time Teller/Client Service Associate in Macon, GA. You will provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions, educate clients on digital banking, and support sales and IRM activities to meet client financial needs.

Responsibilities include handling complex and standard transactions, delivering a distinctive client experience, complying with internal controls, and participating in training to grow product knowledge.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Willingness to travel for temporary staffing and occasional weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service banking options (ATM, Online, Mobile).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
