Job summary

Truist in Georgia is seeking a Regular full-time Banking Associate to provide timely client transactions and maintain accurate records while delivering superior service tailored to financial needs.

You will educate clients on digital banking, participate in outbound outreach, and support Integrated Relationship Management activities. Candidates should have strong interpersonal skills and be willing to work flexible hours including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions like ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Advance product knowledge through training and meetings.
