Job summary

Truist in the United States seeks a Regular, full-time teller/customer service associate to provide timely and accurate client transactions, maintain records, and understand client financial needs. You will handle standard and some complex transactions and promote digital self-service options.

You will participate in outbound calling and support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities, while advancing product knowledge and adhering to internal controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints and use PC/software tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and accurate transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank leadership routines and training.
• Maintain internal controls and comply with policies and procedures.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
• Handle branch workload with flexibility and teamwork.
