Job summary

Truist Wealth is seeking a Universal Banker to deliver a distinctive client experience by handling complex and standard transactions while uncovering client needs. You will educate customers on digital channels and self-service tools to enhance their banking experience.

In this role, you will support the sales process through client outreach, reference the branch team for opportunities, and participate in training to advance product knowledge and compliance with policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Weekend and/or extended hours work with possible travel/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients and performing complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by participating in client outreach and identifying needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training.
