Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience with courteous conversations and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATM, Online and Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound client outreach and identifying needs for referrals to branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in branch leadership routines and ongoing product training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
