The position emphasizes building customer loyalty, maintaining policies, and contributing to a high-performing sales environment through teamwork, coaching, and training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales or banking experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of bank products and referrals for cross-selling.
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic branch environment.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration and Notary eligibility preferred or able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for banking transactions.
• Answer inquiries and provide solutions meeting customer needs.
• Balance cash, daily transactions, vault and ATM operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and reporting requirements.
• Sell bank products and make customer referrals; know all bank offerings.
• Assist with opening and/or closing the banking center.
• Participate in sales and service activities and training sessions.
