Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• At least 1 year of banking, sales, or related experience.
• S.A.F.E Act registration at NMLS required or within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service by addressing banking needs in a fast-paced, relationship-focused banking center environment.
• Engage clients to understand current and future financial needs and recommend products, services, and digital solutions.
• Resolve inquiries and issues to ensure a positive client experience within scope of authority.
• Maintain accurate client records and support ongoing relationship management.
• Lead sales and service activities to meet individual, team, and banking center goals.
• Document interactions using CRM and sales tools and pursue new business opportunities.
