You will engage clients to understand financial needs, recommend products, and promote digital solutions while meeting sales and service goals.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1 year banking/sales experience, and the ability to obtain Notary Public designation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year banking, sales, or related experience; at least 6 months selling products or services.
• Ability to obtain Notary Public designation.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bank products and services.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service and complete bank transactions accurately.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process loan applications.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and educate clients on digital tools.
• Maintain client records, monitor deposits/loans, and comply with policies.
• Support branch operations and assist Banking Center Manager as needed.
