First Merchants Bank is seeking a Customer Relationship Representative (Universal Banker) - Reserve to join our team on a full-time basis. You will deliver high quality service by handling bank transactions accurately and recommending products that fit customers' current and future financial needs.

In this fast-paced, sales-driven role, you will travel daily within the assigned region, support banking center operations, and participate in meetings and coaching to grow customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide friendly, accurate banking assistance to customers.
• Experience in selling bank products and cross-selling is preferred.
• Ability to travel daily within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by processing banking transactions accurately.
• Answer inquiries and resolve issues while meeting customer needs.
• Balance cash, daily transactions, vault and ATM operations.
• Assist with opening/closing banking center and maintain security policies.
• Sell bank products, refer customers, and participate in goal-driven activities.
• Train and coach staff in sales and service skills.
