Job summary

Northwest Respiratory Services is hiring a Recruiter to own the candidate experience from posting roles to onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience and strong communication skills to build trust and efficiency in the hiring process.

You will manage interviews, offers, and onboarding while staying current with recruiting trends and best practices. This role emphasizes compliance with employment laws and effective candidate screening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable making decisions independently.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and post jobs for all open positions.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
• Perform reference checks as needed.
