Job summary

Northwest Respiratory Services is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience in recruiting and onboarding and will own the candidate experience.

You will develop and post jobs, screen candidates, facilitate offers, and manage onboarding. The role requires knowledge of ATS/HRIS, strong communication, and up-to-date employment law awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
• Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and post jobs for all open positions.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings.
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms.
• Manage onboarding and new hire process.
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices.
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
• Perform reference checks as needed.
