Job summary

Northwest Respiratory Services, LLC is seeking a Recruiter to own the candidate experience from posting jobs to onboarding. The role focuses on full-cycle recruiting, screening, interviewing, and managing offers and onboarding for a growing team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with ATS and HRIS systems. This is a day-shift, full-time position based in Eagan, MN with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business admin, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and post jobs for all open positions
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
• Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms
• Manage onboarding and new hire process
• Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
• Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
• Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
• Perform reference checks as needed
