Job summary

Northwest Respiratory Services LLC in Minnesota is seeking a Recruiter to lead full candidate lifecycle from posting to onboarding, with emphasis on compliance and candidate experience. The role requires strong communication and organization to manage posting, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding for onsite positions in Eagan, MN.

You will stay current on recruiting trends and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering a positive applicant journey.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Experience with applicant tracking and HRIS.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish job postings for all open roles.
• Screen applicants by reviewing resumes and applications and conducting phone screens.
• Own the offer stage, including extending offers and negotiating employment terms.
• Manage onboarding and coordinate the new hire process.
• Stay current on recruiting trends and best practices.
• Facilitate end-to-end interviewing, selection, and closing processes.
• Ensure screening, hiring, and selection activities follow employment laws and regulations.
• Conduct reference checks as needed.
