• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in office meetings and dual control balancing.
• Refer customers to appropriate team member for complex requests or products/services.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Follow security, compliance and risk procedures and support branch operations.
