Job summary

Qualifications

• Cash handling experience preferred
• Banking and/or retail experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and visitors with questions, problem resolution, and other needs.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and inform them of product/service features and benefits.
• Balance teller drawer daily and participate in branch operations and dual control processes.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and refer customers to appropriate team members for complex requests.
• Adhere to security, risk, and operational procedures while supporting teammates.
