Loram Maintenance of Way, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the HR team with administration, recruiting, onboarding, and compliance processes. The role includes maintaining the Applicant Tracking System, vendor portals, and candidate communications to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

The position requires attention to detail, strong MS Office skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset to support travel and interview logistics and after-hours needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of Human Resources related experience required.
• Ability to acquire railroad safety training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Administer pre-employment process fairly and equitably.
• Conduct pre-employment background checks and e-RAILSAFE checks.
• Conduct MVR checks for driving positions.
• Schedule drug tests and physicals for safety-sensitive roles.
• Code and submit vendor invoices for payment.
• Decline unqualified applicants tactfully when needed.
• Track candidate assessments, schedule interviews, update ATS.
• Administer recruiting databases and onboarding tools.
• Arrange travel for new hires and liaise with vendors.
• Provide after-hours support for travel-related interview issues.
