Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Manager, Talent Acquisition
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator provides support to the Talent Acquisition team in the areas of administration, recruiting, candidate relations, on-boarding, and employment compliance (i.e. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and affirmative action). The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the Applicant Tracking System, vendor management portals and other tracking documents with accurate information regarding candidates within the Loram talent pools. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator utilizes a basic understanding of Loram's organizational structure and specialized functions, knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices, and uses considerable human resources skills when performing the recruiting process.
Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent
Experience: 1+ years of Human Resources related experience.
Licenses/Certifications: Ability to acquire and maintain railroad safety training and certifications as needed.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources and/or related field
Experience: 2+ years of talent acquisition database and online tools experience.

Loram determines compensation based on factors such as skills, competencies, education, and/or experience. Certain positions may be eligible for an annual bonus and paid time off in addition to base compensation.
The pay range for this position is between $47,200-$66,000
