• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end interview scheduling and onboarding logistics.
• Manage requisitions in the ATS from posting to closing.
• Audit candidate records and ensure data accuracy.
• Evaluate and improve TA processes and workflows.
• Support job descriptions and postings updates.
• Assist with resume review and interview coordination.
• Serve as systems resource and onboard new team members.
• Capture action items from team meetings and drive initiatives.
