Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience as a surgical technologist in an acute care setting: 2–3 years required; 4 years preferred.
• Licenses: NBSTSA CSFA or CST preferred; NH license preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Participates in time-out procedures.
• Sets up equipment independently for surgeries.
• Assists in preparing patients and passing instruments.
• Monitors OR conditions and supports the surgical team.
• Maintains knowledge of SPD Sterile Room procedures.
